The extendable crisper shelf is made from a strong, mesh with small holes. Teflon coated non-stick. It is the perfect surface for baking all kinds of dishes in your oven such as pastries, meat, chips, pizza and so much more. The mesh allows optimum hot air circulation and thanks to the perfect non-stick coating, the food will never stick to the crisper shelf. It is also strong enough to support an oven tray and so functions as an extra oven rack.
