Shipping is charged per order, regardless of the number of products ordered.

Orders over £30
  • FREE Priority Tracked - 2-3 days 
  • £1.95 Express Tracked - 1-2 days
Orders under £30
  • £3.95 Priority Tracked - 2-3 days
  • £5.95 Express Tracked - 1-2 days

The above applies to all products apart from the Konstsmide Outdoor Home Lighting range. For these products, the cost is £8.95 per order (free over £200) and delivery is typically 1-3 working days.


  • Order by 3pm on weekdays for same day despatch
  • Days quoted above are Working Days. Whilst we do not guarantee weekend deliveries, Royal Mail and other couriers frequently deliver at the weekends
  • Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date and tracking number where applicable
  • Orders for multiple items may ship in separate packages
  • Add additional items to your basket for discounts across the store

Additional FAQs

Q When will my order ship?
A Orders placed by 3pm are usually shipped the same day when ordered on a working day. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped on Monday, although some products ship at the weekend too.

Q How will my order be shipped?
A Orders fulfilled from our warehouse are mostly shipped by Royal Mail via Tracked 48 (Priority), Tracked 24 (Express)
Some items are fulfilled from our stock in Amazon using their couriers

Q Do you provide tracking?
A Yes, a tracking number will be provided

Q Do you ship outside of the UK?
A We can ship some products outside of the UK, but a special order needs to be placed. Contact us for details (contact details in the page footer)

Q What if my item is lost in transit?
A If the delivery is delayed or lost by the courier and does not arrive within 10 working days of the expected delivery date, then a refund or replacement will be sent. We may send a refund or replacement earlier than this at our discretion

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that most orders are sent with a fully tracked, but not signed for, service. If you would prefer a signed for delivery, please inform us prior to placing your order. Otherwise, by placing an order, you acknowledge that for tracked orders a courier's tracking showing the item as delivered is sufficient proof of delivery.
  • Couriers will often leave parcels in a safe place and if no obvious safe place is available they may leave it on your doorstep. If you do not have a safe place to leave parcels then contact us before ordering so we can arrange a signed for delivery.
  • If we do not receive notification of any missing or damaged packages or items within 48 hours of the tracking saying the package was delivered, all items will be considered delivered successfully.
  • Please take photos of the packaging before opening if there is any damage. If the items are damaged, take photos of those as well and send them to us.
  • Items will not be declared lost and refunded until the courier declares the item lost. Note that for Royal Mail this can take 5 weeks after the expected delivery date. If an item is delayed beyond a week (or two days for Express orders) you can order a replacement and we'll cover the additional postage and the return cost of the original item if it turns up before the courier has declared it lost.
  • We will resolve any issues falling within the scope of the above, at our discretion.
