Returnable Items

  • Items must be in their original and unused condition with product packaging intact and sufficiently protected.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Goodr Exchanges

  • Goodr's bought since we introduced the virtual try-on (23rd April 2024) can be exchanged for a different pair for free if they don't suit. We won't charge for the return postage label.
  • To take advantage of this offer use the Royal Mail returns as described below and email us at with your order number and which pair you would like instead. If there is a difference in value, we'll refund or send you a payment link for the difference.
  • Note that exchanges must be arranged within 7 days of delivery of your original order. Only one exchange will be covered per order.
  • If you wish to return them for a refund instead, please see the 'How To Return An Unwanted Item' section below.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following goods are exempt from being returned: Perishable items, intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items such as face coverings and creams. Damaged items.

Condition and Responsibility for Returns

It's essential that returned items are in sellable condition and properly protected in outer packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may affect the refund amount. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items reach us in the stipulated condition.

If you use our Royal Mail returns service, we cover items for loss during transit. However, if you opt for a different return method, the responsibility for the returned item remains with you until it reaches our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items.

How To Return An Unwanted Item

If you wish to return an unwanted item:

  1. Email us at within 14 days of delivery to inform us of the return. Items must be delivered back to us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Use our easy Royal Mail Returns to return an item through the Post Office. Click the link to follow the process: Royal Mail WOWooO Returns
  3. Include your order number on or in the package.

A printer is not required for our returns service, and you can choose whether to drop the item off at the Post Office or request a collection. Using this service costs £3.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Always retain the receipt given when you drop off your return until your refund is processed.

Returning Konstsmide Outdoor Lights or Heavy/Bulky Items

For Konstsmide Outdoor lights or Heavy/Bulky items, please email us at to arrange a return. We typically can help with the return for a charge of £10, depending on the specific item. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you've received an item that is damaged or not as described, email us at within 2 days of delivery. In some cases, a replacement might be provided without requiring a return.

Remember, if you've ordered multiple items in one order, they might be shipped separately.


For exchanges, please return the unwanted items and place a new order for the desired items. The customer will cover the usual return shipping charge for exchanges. For detailed return shipping costs, please refer to our 'Charges for Returns' section below.

Charges for Returns

  • For unwanted items, we provide a Return Label at the subsidised prices shown above (not for heavy/bulky items). The return cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Original Express shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Claims:

We offer a range of products from different manufacturers, each with their own specific warranty terms. If you have concerns or issues with any product's warranty, please contact us at, and we will advise on the best course of action.

Beyond 30 days from your purchase, items under warranty may be repaired, replaced, or substituted, depending on the manufacturer's policy and the nature of the defect. In certain cases, rather than a replacement, we may offer a credit that you can use for another item on our website. Please note that the exact course of action may vary depending on the manufacturer's specific warranty terms and our assessment of the situation.

How soon will I get my refund?

Approved returns will be credited to the original method of payment within a maximum of 10 working days. Do note that depending on your bank, it may take a bit more time for the processed credit to reflect in your account.
