Returns (of Non-Faulty Items)
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, simply email us at email@example.com to arrange it.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, however if you are unhappy with your purchase at any time, please contact us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note that some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods and products that are intimate or sanitary goods, some health and personal care items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item is received damaged or faulty, then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will usually, if stock is available, exchange it for the same item.
In the case of damaged or faulty items, we will usually need you to return the item to us, most often using 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. In these cases we will refund the return shipping costs.
Many products come with a manufacturer guarantee, the length of which varies depending on the product. If you have any issue with a product you have bought from us, please contact us and we will advise whether the issue is covered by a guarantee.
