Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in the WOWooO Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To participate in the WOWooO Affiliate Program, you must be a registered user of Social Snowball and must comply with these terms and conditions. WOWooO reserves the right to refuse or terminate any user's participation in the program for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Overview

The WOWooO Affiliate Program allows users to earn store credit for every successful referral purchase made by a user who clicked on their unique referral link.

Affiliate Rewards

Users who participate in the WOWooO Affiliate Program will receive store credit as per the affliate offer as determined by WOWooO. Store credit can only be used towards future purchases on wowooo.com and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Proper Use

Users must use their unique referral link to participate in the WOWooO Affiliate Program. The affliate program can only be used to refer and reward new customers for shopping on wowooo.com and for existing customers to benefit from these referrals. Any in-proper use, including but not limited to falsifying purchases, using automated systems, or using unauthorized referral links, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the program and possible ban from the store. WOWooO reserves the right to investigate any suspected fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Changes and Discontinuation of Affiliate Codes

WOWooO reserves the right to change or discontinue any code provided to an affiliate at any time, including altering the value of the code or ceasing it altogether. Any changes will usually be communicated to the affiliate via email.

Store Credit Expiration

Store credit earned through the WOWooO Affiliate Program is valid for two years from the date the gift card is created. After this time, the store credit will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

WOWooO reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review these terms and conditions to ensure compliance.

Limitation of Liability

WOWooO shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the WOWooO. Affiliate Program, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any other consequential or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of The United Kingdom.
