Returns
|
- If you receive the item and for whatever reason want to return it we offer a 7-day no quibble returns policy. We will give you a full refund, the only cost to you will be the return postage.
- In the unlikely event that the item delivered is not as described, we will replace the item without delay with the correct item, or refund you. In this case, we'll arrange to have the item collected at our cost.
- Note that in either case, you must inform us in writing (e.g. email wow@wowooo.com) that you wish to cancel the order within 7 working days of delivery.
- Please note that you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned undamaged with their original packaging; we cannot be held responsible for returned items that go missing in the post.
- We will, at our discretion, also accept returns beyond 7 days for a credit note or alternative item.

| Faulty Goods |
- Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, or if that's not possible, refunded. In the case of broken glass we will normally replace the glass as opposed to the whole fitting. Please note that you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery of any shipping damage or shortages.
- Beyond 7 days, products are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which is usually 12 months. We will repair or replace such products subject to the manufacturer's discretion and such items must be returned to us where requested.
- Wowooo does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss due to faulty goods or missing parts, such as time taken off work, electrician fees etc.

| Pricing |
- We price our products competitively, but in the unlikely event you find the items cheaper elsewhere please let us know and we will do our best to beat that price.
- This also applies if you have already bought items from us in the last 7 days.
- Please note that we make every effort to ensure prices and descriptions on WOWOOO.com are accurate, however mistakes may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

- Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell or share your information with anyone and any information you give to us will be kept private. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
- The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
- The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
- We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
- When you buy from us you will automatically be subscribed to our newsletter. We promise not to bombard you with email and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link on it at any time. If you would prefer to never receive a newsletter, just let us know.

| VAT |
- We are VAT registered. The price you pay is the complete price with VAT included. Please ask if you need a VAT invoice.

| "Seconds" stock |
- Where clearly indicated in the advert some of the items are seconds. These items are often as new, but they may be ex-display or returned items. We check the items for any damage and will point out anything we find in the advert. There may be some minor scratches or marks that we miss and it's possible for example that a minor screw or similar is missing.
- We guarantee the item works.

| Contract conditions |
- The information on WOWOOO.com is an invitation to treat and not an offer. When you place an order on WOWOOO.com this represents an offer to purchase one or more products from us. This order will be accepted by us when we send an email notifying you that the product has been dispatched or when the product is delivered. Other emails sent before this, such as the confirmation of receipt of your order, do not represent acceptance of your offer.
