- To calculate shipping simply add items to the shopping cart and view shipping options in the cart.

- Items paid for through Paypal or Credit Card will be shipped without delay (see shipping information)
- Items paid for by cheque (UK pounds only) will be shipped once the funds have cleared..

| Stock vs Direct from manufacturer |
- Stock items are shipped within 1-2 working days. For the delivery time see the country information below.
- Items shipped direct from manufacturer are clearly marked as such with an approximate lead time given in the item listing. Once the order is placed we will let you know when the manufacturer expects to deliver the item. If it is not within the range we stated in the item listing you may of course cancel the order.
- If you need something for a particular date please let us know and we will do our best to ensure you receive it in time.
- We will email you when the item is shipped. If you do not receive an item within one week of despatch, please contact us so we can track it through the courier. Items lost by the courier will be replaced or if that's not possible, refunded.

| UK Shipping |
- Our standard shipping to the UK is £9.95 for all orders up to £100 and free for orders above £100. This is our true cost of shipping and allows the products themselves to be heavily discounted.
- Stock items are shipped by ParcelForce 48 to all of the UK except the Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scillies for which we use Royal Mail standard parcels.

- We ship to the following countries for a fixed maximum fee for up to 30Kgs of goods (maximum size limitations also apply, pricing is per box):

- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- max postage £12 airmail (4 days )

- Italy, Portugal, Spain, Azores, Balearic isles, Maderia, Sardinia, Sicily
- max postage £23 airmail (4 days)
- Austria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Gibralter, Hungary, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Poland, San Morino, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Vatican City
- max postage £33 airmail (5 days)
- Greece
- max postage £47 airmail (4 days)
- Andorra, Turkey, Slovakia
- max postage £58 airmail (5 days)
- These are maximum costs, for small items up to 2Kg shipping can be cheaper. To see the actual postage cost simply use the shipping calculator (see above).

| Shipping - Rest of World |
- For countries outside of Europe the postage is based on the exact volumetric weight (this is a calculation based on weight and size). Weights displayed on this site are volumetric weights.
- Shipping is by airmail (5 days)
- Unfortunately our insurance does not allow us to ship to the USA or Canada.
- For stock items the weights are accurate, but for items shipped direct from the manufacturer the weights are estimates. It is unlikely the price will be higher than the estimate, but could be lower, so either place the order and we'll refund you if shipping is cheaper, or contact us before placing the order to get a more accurate shipping cost.
